For extended service contract cancellations, please provide an odometer or Buyer’s Order showing mileage at the time of trade.
For all other products, please provide proof of payoff or proof of trade to cancel.
Please be aware that refunds with active loans must be sent to the lien-holder.
Allow 2-4 weeks for processing.
