 PIONEERING THE FUTURE - LINDSAY ACURA GRAND RE-OPENING
 
 
 Dusty Lindsay, Bert Lindsay - Owner, Steve Lindsay - General Manager, Columbus Director of Business Development Boyce Safford & State Representative Marian Harris begin to cut the ribbon to initiate Lindsay Acura's Grand Re-opening.
 
On June 24th, 2010 Lindsay Acura held a Grand Re-opening Even to celebrate its 21 years of outstanding service and excellence.  The event was held to honor their pioneering spirit and cutting-edge developments that have allowed them to raise the bar in the premium-car industry within the Columbus area.
 
Community leaderse such as State Representative Marian Harris and Columbus Director of Development Boyce Safford were in appearance to help commemorate the success that Lindsay Acura has achieved over the years.  "We appreciate this investment", Safford stated.  "Understand that this area has changed and this is proof that the Lindsay Family will be around for a long time."
 
 
 
In addition to speeches from Marian Harris and Boyce Safford, Owner Bert Lindsay shared his own appreciation for how his business has grown tremendously over the last two decades and will continue to grow in the future.  "We want to be creative and we want to work with the city.  We want to revitalize this area to something that Columbus can be proud of because we're proud of Columbus."

  Lindsay Honda is partnering with Time Warner Cable, Kroger and Volunteers of America to collect necessary school supplies for children in Central Ohio.  Every year there are dozens of children who go without the basic supplies needed for school and through this event Lindsay Honda is living up to their reputation and making the difference.

CHECK YOUR CAR IN FOR A SUMMER TUNE UP 

As the summer season heats up, so does the condition of your car.  A lot of us hit the road during the summer for that long-heralded national tradition, the American family vacation.  If you don't want to end up on the side of the road, make sure your car is up to the trip.

 

Our Acura or Honda-Certified technicians will check the vital systems, including:

    Tires: Inspect for excessive or uneven wear and inflate to proper pressure.

    Brakes: Inspect the brake lines, hoses, and parking brake, as well as fluids and linings/pads.

    Suspension: Rough roads take a toll on shocks, so an inspection will uncover any problems.

    Engine Oil: Hot weather thins out engine oil.  During the summer, switch to a thicker oil.

    Battery: Hot weather places undue strain on the electrical system, so have it checked out.

    Coolant: Confirm that the coolant in your radiator is the right mixture - 50-50 mix coolant to water.
